Job descriptionLead your Team in providing excellent hospitality and service for our visiting Guests Assist the General Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant Prepare and serve delicious food and deserts Build and maintain an environment for our Guests and Team Members that is upbeat and fun Support the development of a high performing Team Take a lead role in some of the following : Inventory Management and Ordering, Team Scheduling and Hiring, Guest Interaction, Marketing Responsibilities, Food and Restaurant Safety, Food Planning and Preparation. “Can-Do” attitude An ability to positively lead and develop others Strong communication and organizational skills Regular working during nights, weekends and holidays Enjoy going the “Extra-Mile” for your Team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A strong interest in being developed and developing others This job application is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Culver Franchising System, Inc.
