The Seasonal Fulfillment Center (FC) Lead will play a hands-on role in our dynamic operation at Ocala, FL. This individual will be a change agent who thrives on details, drives daily improvements, and fosters positive relationships with hourly Team Members! Shift : Sun-Wed, 6 : 30pm-5 : 30am

What You'll Do :

• Support Area Managers in driving operational performance and engagement across a team of up to 45 hourly associates.
• Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Ensure achievement of daily operational goals.
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop Team Members for performance and career growth.
• Serve as a cultural ambassador, modeling Chewy's operating principles, ethics, and integrity.
• Act as a liaison between hourly associates and leadership, ensuring two-way communication and engagement.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving e-commerce environment.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify and implement network-wide standard processes.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team dynamic that encourages feedback, adapts to change, and stays focused on the customer experience.
• Use tools including the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Chewy Labor Management System (CLMS), Tableau, and Smartsheet.
