We're hiring a full-time Long-Term Recovery Management Program Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah!!

Our Long-Term Recovery Program is designed to extend services for individuals with SUDs by providing (1) sustained recovery support, (2) prolonged professional monitoring, and (3) continued intervention to enhance quality of life for participants. The LTRM case manager will ensure evidence-based strategies are used to assess client needs, develop recovery plans, increase recovery support groups, provide one-on-one case management, and support long-term engagement. This position targets individuals who are transitioning or have transitioned out of First Step House treatment. This position will require excellent engagement skills, creativity, and steady outreach efforts. The LTRM case manager is responsible for a variety of duties, ranging anywhere from creating budgets and developing career plans to organizing recovery groups and performing recovery management check-ups. The overall goals of this position are to (a) provide high-quality care for participants , (b) coordinate services for the Long-term Recovery Program, and (c) provide support for the clinical and administrative staff.

• Pay range : $50,000 - $55,000
