Job descriptionAccurately estimate the cost of residential roofing projects. Utilize Xactimate software (or similar) for detailed and precise estimates. Engage in data entry and maintain detailed records of estimates and project specifics. Work closely with insurance companies to ensure estimates meet requirements and support claim processes. Negotiate effectively to ensure profitable and competitive project bids. Communicate clearly with clients, insurance representatives, and internal teams to ensure all parties are aligned and informed. Proven experience in estimating residential roofing projects. Proficiency in Xactimate software or similar estimation tools. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Willingness to undergo drug and background screening. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Competitive base salary with a rewarding bonus structure.
