Base pay range

$130,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting, including review and analysis of financial statements, internal reports, and annual audits.

Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls; collaborate with accountants and auditors to maintain compliance.

Support the CFO in developing and tracking annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic plans.

Manage grant and awards administration, including grant requests, fund tracking, and compliance with funding requirements.

Supervise payroll, benefits, and HR activities; ensure accurate and timely processing.

Oversee administrative services, including record keeping, office policies, and operational support.

Provide leadership and direction to finance and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative environment.

Assist with preparation for board meetings, presentations, and reporting to executive leadership.

Support process improvements, system migrations, and organizational initiatives as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO or executive leadership.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and audit processes.

Experience in strategic financial and managing complex budgets.

Knowledge of internal controls, grant compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to lead finance and administrative teams effectively.

Familiarity with financial systems, process optimization, and system migrations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including board-level reporting.

Understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and HR operations.

Ability to manage office operations, record keeping, and policy development.
