- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.

- Promote a positive image of the company through exceptional customer service.
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
