Job descriptionPatient Demographics : Adults with cancer diagnoses Patient Volume / Census : To be determined; shared with 1 physician and 1 APP Case Mix : General medical oncology and hematology On-Site Services : - Laboratory - Imaging (CT, PET, X-Ray, Ultrasound) - On-site Pharmacy - Infusion Services - Radiation Oncology Support Staff Available : 1 Physician and 1 Advanced Practice Provider Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Salary : Competitive base salary plus production bonus Bonuses : Sign-on bonus included Relocation : Assistance provided Insurance : - Professional Liability Insurance - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Retirement Plan : Included REQUIRED PROCEDURES Diagnosis and management of cancer and hematologic disorders Administration of chemotherapy and other systemic therapies Coordination with infusion and radiation oncology teams Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Medical Oncology Experience : Preferred but open to new graduates Other Qualifications : - Excellent multidisciplinary collaboration skills - Commitment to compassionate and evidence-based cancer care Provide outpatient and inpatient oncology services Collaborate with infusion, radiation, pharmacy, and imaging teams Participate in call rotation (1 : 4) Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives in cancer care Contribute to program growth and community outreach at Baxter Health Benefit from steady income streams and potentially higher rates, mitigating financial uncertainties and instability.
