At Frank Gay Commercial Services, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Service Plumber who takes pride in solving problems and providing top-notch service to our commercial customers. Compensation :

  • $25 - $30 / hr with monthly performance bonuses

    • What YOU Will Do :

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems for various commercial properties, including grocery stores, property management firms, and retail establishments
  • Handle customer inquiries to implement preventive maintenance measures
  • Deliver exceptional service to our valued clients across Central Florida.

    • What We Need From YOU :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Service Plumber
  • Proficiency in commercial plumbing systems, pumps, water heaters, and boilers
  • Knowledge of National Accounts operations and maintenance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass drug screening, MVR, and background checks
  • Physical dexterity and a clean driver's license

    Responsibilities

    Your Experience :

  • Knowledge of working and maintaining National Accounts
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Experience with commercial plumbing products (T&S, Sloan, etc.)
  • Sewer and drain cleaning experience
  • Experience working with automatic faucets and flush valves
  • Commercial Water Heater & Boiler experience is a plus

    • Qualifications

    You must have

  • Minimum 5 years as a Commercial Service Plumber
  • Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
  • Physical dexterity
  • CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE
