As a Sous Chef at YEEELS Group , you play a key leadership role in our kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in ensuring excellence, consistency, and creativity in every dish. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, guide and motivate the culinary team, and uphold the standards of quality and innovation that define YEEELS.
Responsibilities :
Supervise and support Chefs de Partie and Commis during preparation and service
Coordinate kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in all dishes
Contribute to menu creation, seasonal updates, and new dish development
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times
Train, motivate, and lead kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Assist the Head Chef in inventory control, ordering, and cost management
Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end or fast-paced restaurant
Excellent culinary and leadership skills
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, organization, and time management
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining precision and creativity
Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a passion for excellence
