As the MCT Program Leader, you will drive the strategic direction, operational excellence, and measurable impact of the program. This includes aligning the MCT program with Microsofts broader skilling and certification strategy, optimizing delivery models, growth of the community, and ensuring program scalability and compliance. You will collaborate across Learning Products, Training Services Partner team, and internal learning teams to elevate the value of the MCT program, build scalable processes and tools, and foster a vibrant, inclusive trainer ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a seasoned program manager and passionate community builder with deep expertise in technical training, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. You will champion initiatives that elevate instructional excellence, enhance trainer experience, and foster a vibrant, inclusive global community of Microsoft Certified Trainers.
