A company is looking for a Lead Instructor, Web Development for the Spring 2026 term.

Key Responsibilities

Lead online class sessions for 300-450 college students, ensuring learning objectives are met

Review course material and create engaging lessons using provided curriculum

Collaborate with the Program Manager and co-instructors to oversee the course and implement feedback for improvements

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a software development or engineering role

Availability to lead lectures during specified course times

Strong understanding of full-stack web development and best practices

Proficiency in React, Node, Express, and PostgreSQL

Experience in teaching or training, particularly in online learning environments
