Position Summary : CVS Health is seeking a visionary executive director to lead enterprise-wide strategy and roadmap development for our Data & Analytics organization, serving Pharma and Life Sciences clients. This role will shape the strategic direction of our analytics capabilities, drive transformational initiatives, and position CVS Health as a market leader in data-driven healthcare innovation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategist with deep healthcare domain expertise, a strong analytics foundation, and a proven ability to influence across the C-suite and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Strategy Leadership : Define and drive the long-term strategic vision for CVS Health's Pharma Data & Analytics portfolio, aligning with enterprise priorities and market evolution.
• Transformation & Innovation : Lead strategic transformation initiatives that modernize analytics delivery, accelerate innovation, and unlock new growth opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Market & Client Influence : Serve as a senior advisor to pharmaceutical clients, translating complex market dynamics into actionable strategies that shape product development, commercialization, and client engagement.
• Cross-Enterprise Collaboration : Partner with senior leaders across analytics, technology, sales, marketing, and client services to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives and enterprise alignment.
• Roadmap Governance : Oversee the development and execution of strategic roadmaps that guide investment decisions, capability development, and operational excellence.
• External Thought Leadership : Represent CVS Health at industry forums, executive roundtables, and strategic partnerships to influence the future of healthcare analytics and data strategy.
• Leadership & Culture Building : Build and lead a high-performing strategy organization, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and accountability.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is : $131,500.00 - $303,195.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
