The Opportunity

Our sales associates are responsible for guiding, informing and assisting our clients with genuine hospitality to ensure they have a positive experience with Cyclologic.

Performance expectations :

• Develop your sales and hospitality skills through training and on-the-job experience.
• Assist in maintaining or exceeding sales goals
• Learn about bikes, components, accessories and fit descriptions
• Participate in morning pre-opening chat and bi-weekly meetings
• Use our Guide Sales Process to provide our customers with excellent service in person and over the phone
• Schedule clients for cycling analysis appointments in person and over the phone
• Become proficient with our Point-of-Sale software and Outlook scheduling
• Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules to further your knowledge of our products, services, and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining merchandise on floor by re-stocking and facing
• Assist in keeping the sales floor and customer facing areas clean
