What’s in it for you?

• Base Salary :  $32.00 - $36.00 hourly, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience + ability to participate in after hour on-call schedule
• Schedule :   Monday - Friday + ability to participate in after hour on-call rotation schedule

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated  Maintenance Technician  to join our team at  Maven Apartments , a 137-unit conventional apartment community in  Burnsville, MN.  This position involves performing technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspect of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
