Job Description

A downtown Los Angeles law firm, seeks an intake specialist with a minimum of one (1) year of personal injury experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a legal assistant, paralegal, or case manager performing the following tasks :

Conducting intakes
Confirming coverage
Creating matters and electronic files
Coordinating medical treatment
Case management

Requirements :

One (1) year handling personal injury matters

Bilingual English / Spanish

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Well-organized and detail-oriented

Reliable and punctual

Excellent customer service skills - you will be talking to clients on a daily basis.
