Accreditation Program Manager
Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This position is full-time and will work 8-hour, day shifts.

Working in collaboration with the Director of Quality & Risk Management, the Regulatory & Accreditation Program Manager functions as support for compliance with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations. Under the general supervision of the Director of Quality & Risk Management, the position manages functions to prepare the local Ministry continuum to meet external standards for accreditation, state and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications :
CSHA (Certified Specialist in Healthcare Accreditation) upon hire, or must obtain within 1 year of hire
3 years of experience in an acute care facility.
2 years of experience working with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations.
Patient experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) upon hire.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
