We are looking for a dedicated individual to function as a cashier and / or stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the store manager or assistant store manager. The role will involve assisting in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, providing exemplary customer service, and performing other duties as necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets and reducing losses.

Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, restocking returned and recovered merchandise, assisting in plan-o-gram implementation, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role also requires operating cash registers, handling cash, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications include the ability to perform mathematical calculations, knowledge of cash handling procedures, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and understanding of safety policies and practices. A high school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience / training) are preferred.
