- Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for effective management and operational set-up of contract implementations including client interface, internal and external communication and coordination among all functional areas. + Sets strategic direction for the implementation with the objective of defining the project scope and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. + Communicates and documents the project deliverables and timelines internally and externally. + Ensures tasks as defined in the project plan are executed on time, on budget and within the scope of the project defined. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques as required. + Proactively documents, manages and mitigates project risks. + Provides project updates to senior management + Performs other duties as assigned
- Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present effectively to stakeholders at a variety of levels required + Ability to supervise and mentors junior level staff preferred + Ability to work across all areas of the business + Proficiency in all Microsoft applications + Proficiency with Asana or other web based project management services + Strong "team player" that can work in a fast-paced project environment, with a geographically dispersed project team required
- Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor Degree or 5years' experience required. Experience : 5 years of experience successfully managing complex, multi-faceted scale projects from inception to delivery required. \#LI \#LI-KA1 \#EDU
- As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role : $80,000-$90,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
