Builder Service Supervisor

Grand Appliance and TV is seeking an experienced Builder Service Supervisor to lead our Builder Service team. This role is key to maintaining strong relationships with our builder and business-to-business customers while fostering a productive, motivated, and high-performing team environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop your team : Recruit, train, and coach Builder Service staff, fostering professional growth and a culture of accountability.
Support our customers : Maintain lasting relationships with builder and B2B partners, addressing questions, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively.
Ensure quality : Monitor and evaluate team interactions to uphold Grand’s high service standards.
Drive process improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and streamline operations.
Track performance : Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team success and service outcomes.
