Job Description :

ACP is seeking passionate school-based mental health therapists to serve students in Dakota County. Your skill set and dedication offer students the right support at the right time, helping them flourish when they need it. With 15+ years of experience delivering school-based mental health services, ACP is an established and respected agency with long-term partnerships in over 50 Dakota County schools.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop focused treatment plans in a fast-paced school setting.
• Provide individual and family therapy to students (ages 5-21) in Dakota County schools. Consult and collaborate with school staff as a mental health team member.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and creative interventions to address mental / behavioral health, chemical health, and academic success.
• Support students in developing resilience, emotional regulation, and coping skills.
• Opportunities for group work.

Starting Pay : $30 - $32 hourly. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT / PT status, and schedule.
