Controller Position

We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting for multiple subsidiaries. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and drive efficiency within the department. Responsibilities :

• Consolidate financial reports for three subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage daily accounting operations and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff to maintain high performance and foster growth.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee document control processes, including scanning and compiling financial records.
• Ensure timely and accurate scanning of critical documents for auditing and record-keeping purposes.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
