Job descriptionOnsite at Gigafactory Nevada (Tahoe / Reno region). Alternatively, the role can be based onsite at Buffalo, NY or Lathrop, CA or Fremont, CA locations. High volume, technical recruiting experience with the ability to efficiently manage an average of 25+ technical, niche requisitions. Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience, from either a corporate or agency environment, using an ATS and Microsoft Office. Experience in recruiting engineers or niche, skilled roles + leaders across manufacturing, facilities, or construction. Demonstrated track record of excellence in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and assessing technical talent to offer negotiation, with awareness of employment legislation and market trends. Ability to lead projects to successful conclusions – balancing efficiency with quality. Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate sources of talent and assist with assessment. - Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
- Efficiently manage time and resources while keeping business partners informed through regular updates.
- Use a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent.
- Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline and the skills needed to be successful in the Tesla environment.
- Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
