Mechanical Engineer

The successful candidate should:

Have experience in detailed design of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, industrial, public, healthcare, and residential facilities.
Have experience to include the preparation of plans and specifications for HVAC and related distribution systems and plumbing systems.
Be proficient with AutoCAD and have a knowledge of building codes related to mechanical and plumbing requirements.
Demonstrate an ability to plan, execute and take responsibility for assigned projects.
Have experience with system design and layout, specifications, site analysis, shop drawing review, equipment selection, and mechanical computation.

Qualifications:

BSME required with a Professional Engineering license or Engineer in Training registration.
Experience with A&E firm or consulting engineering firm.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good math skills.
Good interpersonal skills. Will consider construction or related field experience.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
