Major Tasks and Responsibilities :
Compile and record production data as required
Assist with production planning and execution
Participate in daily backlog meeting with commercial operation teams
Track production times and close work orders for tracking production metrics
Participate in daily management meetings to report out on progress and ensures teams have needed information for execution
Responsible for various actions with work orders such as transactions, times, and releases
Update and track parts shortage list on the floor
Sustain files of documents used and prepared
Charts production, based on statistics compiled, for reference by production and management personnel
Obtain and assemble information for use by the department
Communicate assignments effectively
Make decisions within scope of responsibility
Interact with all levels of management
Interacts with other administrative support personnel to coordinate organization activities
Qualifications :
Education and / or Experience :
High School Diploma or GED
0-2 years related experience in administrative duties
Specific skills, knowledge, and / or license :
Experience with purchase requisition processes, ordering supplies and non-inventory items
Working knowledge of creating spreadsheets, presentation information, reports, memos, and letters is required
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software is required
Working knowledge of Visual, ERP, or JD Edwards operating system is preferred
Proficient written and verbal communications skills are required
Abilities to prioritize, plan and multi-task are required
Must be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills
