Compensation : $110,000–$140,000 base + bonus potential

As Senior Tax Manager, you will :

• Own an existing book of business : Manage client relationships, oversee tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for a diverse portfolio.
• Lead a team : Supervise and mentor a small to mid-sized group of tax professionals, driving quality, efficiency, and professional development.
• Drive community engagement : Actively participate in client events, industry associations, and local outreach to elevate the firm’s profile.
• Partner track : Demonstrate leadership, business development acumen, and technical excellence on a clear path to partner / shareholder.
