The Role
Were looking for a Brand & Creative Director to build and scale the creative heartbeat of Deputy from the ground up. In this role, youll unify brand, design, content, and storytelling into one high-performing function that fuels demand across every channel and campaign. Youll ensure that every ad, landing page, sales deck, event, social post, and product launch connects emotionally, stands out visually, and ladders up to business impact.
You will be the creative engine behind brand decisions and it will be your job to make sure Deputy looks, sounds, and feels world-class, while helping drive SQLs, pipeline, and revenue. You will shape the entire creative strategy for a tech unicorn. While it will be your job to help the company maintain brand clarity, this is not just a brand role; its a creative growth role.
