Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll and US payroll operations. This role will oversee cloud-based payroll systems, drive optimization initiatives, manage integrations, and ensure end-to-end accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong techno-functional skills, hands-on Oracle Cloud Payroll experience, and the leadership capabilities needed to manage payroll technology operations in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities Cloud Payroll Management
Lead and manage the Oracle Cloud Payroll ecosystem, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance.
Oversee payroll operations for US employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Own the configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud Payroll modules.
Techno-Functional Leadership
Develop, test, and maintain fast formulas to automate payroll calculations.
Ensure seamless integrations between Oracle Cloud Payroll and HR, Finance, and IT systems.
Analyze payroll data and generate actionable insights and reporting.
Governance, Compliance & Optimization
Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Identify and implement enhancements to improve payroll accuracy, automation, and operational efficiency.
Monitor system performance and lead troubleshooting, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align payroll and cloud technology processes.
Act as a subject-matter expert for Oracle Cloud Payroll, guiding teams on best practices and solution design.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of payroll experience with strong expertise in US payroll processes .
Proven hands-on Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation and support experience.
Strong proficiency in fast formulas , payroll configuration, and integrations.
Deep understanding of US payroll laws, compliance, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret payroll data and generate reports.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Certification (Required)
Senior-level payroll leadership experience within large enterprises.
