Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate each emergency call to determine the best response, adhering to established Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment—including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids—to deliver superior patient care.
• Engage with patients and their families, delivering clear communication to reassure them during critical situations.
• Provide leadership on the scene, managing both the team and the unit effectively.
• Drive the ambulance during emergency calls to ensure timely service.
• Collaborate professionally with fellow Paramedics and public safety officials to ensure optimal care.
• Participate in community outreach programs to strengthen public relations and enhance AMR's reputation.
