Key Responsibilities :

• Assess emergency situations to determine optimal responses based on progressive Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids, to provide life-saving care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to reassure them about the care being administered.
• Lead the Paramedic team by managing the scene and unit operations as needed.
• Drive the ambulance during 911 response calls effectively and safely.
• Collaborate professionally with all health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow Paramedics.
• Engage in community programs to promote our image and build strong community relationships.
