The Manager of Clinical Operatio ns leads the execution of Clarest Health’s medication therapy management (MTM) interview services. As a peer to the Director of Call Center Operations and Manager of Pharmacy Operations, this position plays a critical role in cross-functional coordination and service delivery optimization. This role does not perform direct patient care. It is responsible for clinical oversight, quality monitoring, and coaching of LPN-led patient interactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, clinical protocols, and escalation procedures.
Location : Phoenix, Arizona
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000 annual compensation (Exempt)
Schedule : Monday – Friday : 9AM – 5PM EST Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Leadership
Serve as the clinical authority and strategic lead for MTM interview operations.Maintain current clinical knowledge and oversee execution of Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs).Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and internal privacy / security protocols.Own policy development and continuous improvement for interview workflows.Collaborate with Pharmacy and Call Center leadership to drive integrated care delivery.Lead initiatives to improve STAR ratings, patient satisfaction, and CMS audit readiness.Team Leadership and Oversight
Directly manage LPN Nurse Supervisors and LPN Clinical Interviewers.Set clinical performance expectations, provide direction, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.Build leadership capability within the Nurse Supervisor cohort through coaching, development planning, and succession readiness.Partner with the Director of Call Center Operations on staffing and scheduling coordinationPerformance and Compliance
Monitor and report on team-level KPIs (e.g., utilization, CMR completion, call quality).Lead quality audits and compliance reviews in partnership with internal stakeholders.Ensure clinical documentation and patient interactions meet regulatory and internal standards.Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with active AZ RN license in good standing (required).Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in nursing, pharmacy, or healthcare setting.Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience, including direct supervision of clinical teams.Experience in MTM or medication management programs strongly preferred.Proven success leading remote or distributed teams in a healthcare or call center environment.Skills + Abilities :
