Winn Underground Services LLC is seeking skilled and dependable Drill Operators to join our growing Field Operations team. As a Drill Operator, you will play a key role in executing underground drilling projects. This hands-on role requires a safety-conscious, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently for commercial underground projects.

Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance on drilling equipment.

Ensure compliance with all company and OSHA safety procedures.

Communicate effectively with crew members to coordinate workflow and maintain productivity.

Assist in the setup, operation, and tear-down of job sites.

Document work completed, including daily logs and equipment reports.

Report any hazards, malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in drilling or related construction work.

Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus, but not required).

Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist in all aspects of field operations.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to operate either Ditchwitch or Vermeer equipment.
