Compensation : $95,000 – $120,000 + Bonus

Addison Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager on behalf of our client in the construction industry. Job Description :
The Assistant Project Manager will provide direct support to senior project management and pre-construction leadership, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. This individual will also help manage subcontractors, project engineers, and documentation to support the smooth execution of all project phases.
Key Responsibilities :
Support senior project managers in driving schedules and ensuring project milestones are achievedTrack and manage change orders, acting as a liaison between owners and field management for scope adjustmentsAssist with project budgets and cost monitoring to maintain financial alignmentOversee third-tier subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standardsHelp prepare and submit schedules of values (SOV)Supervise project engineers in managing RFIs, submittals, takeoffs, and material trackingGuide the closeout process, ensuring all required documentation is delivered accurately and on timePartner closely with the Quality Control team during construction and commissioning phasesPerform other related duties as needed to support project successQualifications :
3+ years of project engineer experience in electrical constructionBachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesEffective communication and leadership skillsProficiency with project management tools (Microsoft 365, Accubid, Bluebeam)Familiarity with CAD / BIM is a plusKnowledge of electrical systems and industry codes strongly preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team settingWillingness to spend significant time in the fieldCommitment to safety and quality assuranceAdditional Details :
