Position : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay Range : $25–$30 / hour

Salary options are available for all RBT staff with an active RBT certification.

Location : In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)

Schedule : Afternoon cases only | 10–25 hours per week | Hours anywhere between 1 : 30 PM – 8 : 00 PM

Delivering high-quality 1 : 1 ABA therapy during afternoon hours

Following treatment plans designed by our BCBAs

Tracking progress with easy-to-use systems (training provided)

Current RBT certification (or actively pursuing it)

Reliable transportation

Commitment to being available within the 1 : 30 PM – 7 : 30 PM window for 10–25 hours per week
