The Athletics Information Technology Support Specialist is responsible for a range of support activities with a particular focus on delivering a high level of service and support. This position is end-user facing and requires in depth knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, mobile devices, and common desktop applications. The position will occasionally require providing support for athletic events, which are scheduled after regular business hours and on the weekends.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, a related field, or equivalent experience

Three years of experience in an end-user facing technology support role including demonstrated ability to deploy and maintain desktop, laptop, mobile device, network, and server-based systems and applications to include but not limited to Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android based operating systemsService oriented and end-user centric mindset focused on providing exceptional supportPreferred Qualifications :
Experience working with connected audio / visual systems and venue technology including digital signage, interactive displays, and presentation systemsExperience working with physical security and access control solutionsExperience working with wireless networking technologyNetworking experience (switching, routing, VLANs, wireless, POE).Experience administering server operating systems including Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019Experience administering common hypervisors and virtualization technologyBasic knowledge of industry standard cybersecurity practicesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities :
