Key Responsibilities of the AP Manager :

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department
• Manage and mentor AP staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice processing and payments
• Develop and implement AP policies and procedures to improve workflow and compliance
• Review and approve high-value invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Ensure timely and accurate payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve escalated discrepancies
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to support month-end and year-end closing
• Generate reports and provide insights on AP metrics and cash flow
