About the Opportunity

A well-established government contractor with a strong presence in the Philadelphia region is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent . This role focuses on earthwork, demolition, concrete, asphalt, and underground utilities (storm, sanitary, water mains) for projects typically ranging from $1M$3M .

The Superintendent will lead on-site operations , manage laborers and subcontractors, oversee permitting and compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. This is a hands-on, leadership-driven position for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to build a career with a growing contractor.

What Youll Do

• Lead daily field operations across multiple projects
• Oversee subcontractors, labor, and vendors
• Manage construction schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor budgets, equipment use, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with safety, permitting, and quality standards
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for project managers and inspectors
• Drive productivity and maintain a disciplined, safety-first jobsite
