We’re looking for a Lead Site Superintendent / Field Project Manager to take the reins on multiple construction sites. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role, not a typical office job!

The ideal candidate is going to be an expert in the field for our team! We want this PM to problem solve, give us advice on best practices, drive execution, manage logistics, coordinate with subcontractors, and troubleshoot challenges in real time.

You’ll lead the charge on-site, ensuring every detail aligns with the project vision, on time, on budget, and up to code. You'll set the tone and pace for every crew member, contractor, and partner you work with.

Compensation

• Salary $120,000 - $130,000 OTE
• Large Base Salary
