Registered Medical Assistant
We are excited to add an RMA to our team! The Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) supports the clinical team by providing direct patient care, assisting providers during examinations and procedures, and maintaining accurate and organized medical records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced family practice environment that serves patients across all age groups.

Responsibilities
Patient Care
Greet and prepare patients for exams, record vital signs, and update medical history.
Clinical Support
Maintain exam rooms and ensure all equipment and supplies are clean and stocked.
Administrative Duties
Schedule appointments, referrals, and follow-up visits as needed.
Compliance & Safety
Follow infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
Education : Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Certification : Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through AMT, or equivalent (CMA, CCMA).
Experience : 12 years of experience in a family practice or primary care setting preferred.
Skills :
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), preferably Epic or similar.
