What you´ll do
Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a 24-month rotational
program starting in July 2026 designed to develop future generations of business
leaders in finance and business controlling. As a participant in the program, you will rotate through multiple business functions within the business.
Show your full potential in day-to-day operations while we put your entrepreneurial
and leadership skills to the test with the ownership of impactful projects
Have direct exposure and close cooperation with Top Management across functions
and geographical scope.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or other related
business major.
Forward-looking ability to anticipate industry trends and proactively adapt strategies to
stay ahead of the curve.
Proficient in the latest technologies trends, with an understanding of how to leverage
these tools to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.
Naturally inquisitive and eager to explore new ideas, with a proven track record of using
creative thinking and analytical skills to identify and solve complex challenges.
Mobility is ideal. You may be required to relocate for your rotations to different Henkel Corporate sites during your 24-month program. Your first rotational location will be announced prior to your start date. At the end of the program, based on performance, you may be offered your next exciting role in one of our business units where the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will propel your career forward.

Some benefits of joining Henkel
The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $72,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
