Arthroplasty Product Manager

We are seeking a humble, driven, and trustworthy Arthroplasty Product Sales Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for your overall territory that ensures attainment of company sales, quotas, and profitability for Arthrex products
• Responsible for the developments and performance of teams and individual associates within the team with regards to products and techniques
• Understanding of instrument / equipment costs and allocated needs within territories
• Utilization of analytics and trends to justify purchasing of new equipment, or adjustment of allocating existing sets or par levels
• Responsible for being the main technical expert for all items within the product area
• Responsible for carrying out the objectives defined by VP of Sales or Director of Sales
• Ensure all representatives meet activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes
• Initiate and coordinate development of annual and quarterly targeting and action plans to grow business by pursuing sales of existing and new products
• Set examples for agency representatives in areas of knowledge base, personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
• Maintain confidentiality of ImpactOrtho and patient / account information as well as following company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular coaching and counseling with agency representatives to build motivation and selling skills and provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
• Build strong relationships and work closely with Arthrex management to ensure attainment of required company sales goals, quotes, and proper protocols.
• Requires coordination with ImpactOrtho Finance, Operations, and Sales teams
• Attend surgeries to provide technical expertise and guidance to surgeons and operating room staff
