Sales Manager Market Leading Multi-Line European Powersports Dealership - Southeast $100,000 + potential
A progressive, multi-line Euro dealer in the Southeast region is seeking a motivated, Sales Manager to lead their talented sales team.
This dealer carries premium brand product lines and enjoys a strong market share. Position is responsible for creating a performance-based sales culture and maximizing sales on the front and back end.
The employer offers an attractive compensation opportunity (base salary + performance incentives) withhealthcare and PTOplans.
Plus, it is located in a premier market in the southeast region with access to great riding. Relocation assistance available. Key Result Areas
- Lead, manage and inspire the sales team.
- Create a strategic sales growth plan.
- Create structure and processes that improve traffic & conversions.
- Ensure a consistently high level of internal and external customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales team.
- Deliver growth
- Develop a community engagement plan.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated success in Sales Manager role.
- Process and data-driven approach while building a positive culture
- Must be a team player and act with integrity and honesty daily.
- Passion for the business and strong leadership skills
- True leadership characteristics and experience
- Demonstrated success in driving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Dealership software experience, Lightspeed preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 3 + years experience in prior Sales Management roles.
