Manufacturing Equipment Reliability Technician

Join Us as a Manufacturing Equipment Reliability Technician

Help us keep production moving. You’ll ensure our blow molding and related systems run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMPs and regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Install, set up, calibrate, and repair : blow mold equipment, trimmers, palletizers, baggers, and support assets.
• Perform mold and neck-tooling changes, pin swaps, and changeovers.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic / hydraulic hoses; rebuild or replace valves and pumps.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans; sustain optimal processing conditions.
• Weld, fabricate, and restore machine components to improve reliability.
• Diagnose faults to root cause and repair; operate blow mold or injection machines as needed.
• Communicate frequently with production, quality, and logistics; responsibilities vary by facility based on equipment and plant design.
• Follow corporate and plant safety standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Receive task direction from a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor; other duties as assigned. Assistance is available on unusual problems and work is reviewed for sound professional judgment.

Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.
