Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations for both Open Network Exchange (ONE), the flagship business within the portfolio, and the Family Office, which oversees a diverse group of global businesses and investments. This dual‑role position is high impact and high visibility, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the financial infrastructure that supports programmatic M&A, organic growth, and long‑term value creation. The CFO will act as both a strategic partner and a hands‑on operator, balancing near‑term execution with long‑term expansion across a complex, multinational enterprise. This role is designed for a finance executive with deep experience in financial reporting, M&A, financing, accounting, and tax coordination across a diverse portfolio of public and private companies. The CFO will report directly to the President and Chief Investment Officer of the Family Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
ONE (Flagship Business)
- Lead all financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis for ONE.
- Ensure sound fiscal management, risk controls, and capital efficiency across the organization.
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Drive strategic planning and support the SLT on finance, technology, and operational initiatives.
- Provide guidance on potential acquisitions, product expansions, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Optimize financial systems, reporting tools, and KPIs for real‑time decision‑making.
- Implement scalable processes and infrastructure to support growth and profitability.
Family Office
Oversee financial activities across multiple global entities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.Track and manage investment activity, capital calls, distributions, and waterfall models.Coordinate with external fund managers, advisors, and administrators across diverse asset classes.Support M&A activity, including due diligence, transaction structuring, integration, and disposition processes.Lead tax planning and coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure optimal structure and compliance across jurisdictions.Develop and implement enhanced financial reporting, consolidations, and accounting processes across the enterprise.Interface with custodians, banks, attorneys, fund administrators, and vendors as needed.Provide insight and recommendations on investment performance, portfolio allocation, and long‑term financial strategy.Support liquidity management, capital allocation, and global treasury operations.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; MBA preferred.CPA or equivalent professional designation highly desirable.Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership, with at least 5 years at the C‑suite or senior executive level.Proven success in both corporate finance and family office / investment environments.Direct experience with M&A transactions, post‑merger integrations, and corporate financing.Strong understanding of international accounting standards, tax structures, and compliance frameworks.Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and rapid organizational change.High degree of technical competence in accounting principles, controls, and financial governance.Skilled in leveraging technology and analytics to enhance reporting and strategic decision‑making.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across executive teams and global stakeholders.Ethical, discreet, and trusted with the most sensitive financial information.What We Offer
