Position Overview

The General Manager will serve as the steward of BIBA's daily operations and the guardian of its ethos. This leader will ensure that every detail, from the dining room and bar to guest rooms and the poolside, reflects the club's commitment to discretion, sophistication, and cultural vibrancy.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator with expertise in luxury food & beverage and boutique hospitality, capable of building and inspiring teams that deliver service with both precision and warmth. They will play a pivotal role in cementing BIBA's reputation as Palm Beach's most exclusive yet welcoming social hub.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all operational areas : front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, member services, and guest experiences.

Uphold and elevate service rituals that reflect BIBA's refined

Cultivate a high-performance culture - recruiting, developing, and inspiring a team that embodies BIBA's values.

Partner with ownership and key stakeholders to implement best-in-class SOPs across all departments.

Oversee the launch, including a 90-day opening plan, recruitment, and pre-opening training.

Build lasting relationships with members, guests, and local cultural stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, and safety standards.

Drive financial performance through strategic planning, revenue growth, and member satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership in luxury hospitality, with strong F&B management experience.

Proven track record operating multi-outlet, high-touch environments.

Financial acumen : demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Skilled in member and guest relations, with refined communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strategic problem-solver with the discretion and poise required in a private club environment.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
