Job Description
This impactful role is at the crossroads of finance, business intelligence, forecasting and strategy and requires strong communication abilities and attention to detail. As the FP&A Manager for our US operations of the Cultural Care product area, you will perform and develop critical finance deliverables and actionable operational insights through data analysis to improve the business. You will be a partner to all divisions of the business, assisting them in reporting, budgeting and forecasting ensuring consistent quality and accuracy. What you'll do : Finance
- Quarterly financial forecasting and all related reporting and financial bridges.
- Assist in setting, tracking, and reviewing budgets for all teams.
- Prepare and perform analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual actuals reporting.
- Deliver data-driven strategic business support across the company to drive initiatives aimed towards margin enhancement and optimizing costs.
Reporting and Visualization
Create dashboards, performance models, and presentations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to senior management and other stakeholders.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis.Train others when applicable to pull or read reports.Analysis and Insight Generation
Collaborate with stakeholders to define specific business questions and objectives.
Explore and implement AI Forecasting methods and toolsAnalyze data to uncover meaningful insights, trends, and patterns that can inform strategic decisions.Develop predictive models and forecasting techniques to anticipate future market and business trends.Strategic Recommendations
Act like a Business Partner to a variety of stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities for business improvements.Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to improve business processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance decision-making.Work closely with teams across the organization to implement data-driven strategies and initiativesWho you are :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a FP&A or working with data analytics with proven role growth.Experience using financial data to facilitate cross-functional decision making and business support.Excellent Excel skills required.CRM / Sales Force analytics skills a plus.Impeccable attention to detail.Proven ability to tell compelling stories with data to a diverse audience.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Why you'll love working here : Perks, Benefits, and more!
