Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage operational teams across global sites, ensuring operation efficiency and quality.
- Develop and execute global operational strategies to support the company's growth and development goals, focusing on establishing a robust operation system for global expansion and efficiency improvement.
- Foster relationships with public and government entities in main operation sites to facilitate smooth operations and address any regulatory concerns.
- Collaborate closely with each business unit, including R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to align operational strategies with specific unit objectives and overall business goals.
- Establish and optimize the global supply chain management system, ensuring adequate supply of raw materials and finished products, and optimizing logistics processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance, nurturing and developing the capabilities and potential of the global operational team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or Biotechnology is preferred.
- Ten or more years of work experience in operational management, preferably with experience in multinational company management / multi sites management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to effectively collaborate with teams from different cultural backgrounds.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with executive teams and cross-functional partners.
- Experience in managing public and government relationships in diverse operational environments is preferred.
