Salary : $200,000 - $225,000 per year

Top Firm seeks to add an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney to their team! An ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of sophisticated Real Estate Litigation experience. Strong research and writing skills is a MUST!

Job Details

Requirement :

• Licensed to practice law in NY
• 3-4 years of Real Estate Litigation experience
• Experience with complex commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation
• Knowledge of New York Civil Procedure
• Experience handling various aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and participating in litigation strategy.
• Court, motion and discovery experience.
