NVIDIA is looking for a Director to lead our System Memory Sourcing for the products across multiple business units. NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. This System Memory Sourcing Director will be a transformative leader who can develop, deliver, and implement comprehensive commodity strategies. You are a recognized leader, with executive contacts throughout the industry, and have experience leading sourcing for large scale enterprise segments. As a global commodity management professional, you demonstrate strong analytical abilities to guide decisions, are highly collaborative and have both an eye for business and technical experience in the Memory industry. You will have successfully transformed commodity management teams, led supplier engagements, and have provided outstanding value to other operations and engineering teams.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Build a strategy and vision for NVIDIA's Memory commodity management team. Incorporate internal and external ideas to establish a robust sourcing team.
• Collaborate with and influence leaders across various cross-functional organizations, collaborators, and suppliers on a regular basis; coordinate engagement with the entire ecosystem to determine technical and business requirements for highly complex business areas and product categories.
• Drive multi-year sourcing strategy and partnership engagement to support NVIDIA's fast growth business requirements while optimizing costs and ensuring continuity of supply.
• Manage partnership with suppliers to drive innovation and improvement, transform capabilities and proactively assess risk and impact of change.
• Be responsible for cost negotiation and continuity of supply and partner with planning and materials team to optimize supply chain for this critical category.
• Drive business impact by applying subject matter expertise in procurement processes and policies, and market intelligence to develop and influence strategies cross-functionally.

The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
