Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate production team members to ensure efficient and safe operation of production lines.

Monitor production processes to meet quality and quantity standards.

Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.

Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment and regulatory compliance.

Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.

Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

Communicate effectively with team members and management to address issues and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Working hours : 4 : 30 AM - 2 : 00 PM

Skills :

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Education : Associate

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in food processing or related industry.

Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
