A company is looking for a Sales Engineering Manager to lead pre and post-sales technical engagements.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers
Develop scalable processes and content for technical demos, POCs, onboarding, and account success plans
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to align with revenue goals and customer success metrics
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience managing or leading SE, SC, TAM, or CS teams
Operational mindset with experience building and scaling GTM programs
Technical proficiency in JavaScript, web development, and related tools
Ability to coach others on effective technical communication and value selling
Experience at a high-growth SaaS company is preferred
